I live on a lake in Wisconsin and i fish all the time. I usuallly catch catfish and bullheads but i want to catch bluegill and oter panfish. I think it has something to do with the size of the hook,size of the worm,and time of day.So what do i have to do to catch them?? Thnx for any help.

go deep and go small. thru the ice anyway. small tungsten jigs with a waxie work great. darting minnows are good on suspended crappies. my best time for panfish seems to be 9am to 2pm this time of year. good luck.

Yep rooz said it go small. Try small gill pills or ratso's from custom jigs and spoons. Use waxies or mousies. Try and fish water near a transition to deeper water and be aware the bite can be very light at times..
